What we do

From a terrace to a complete house

Houses
We specialise in the design and construction of houses, bringing our greatest asset, EXPERIENCE, to every project, with attention to detail and without losing sight of safety, function and durability.
Swimming pools
We design, build and maintain reinforced-concrete pools and rendered double-mesh pools, made for high structural strength, safety and durability over many years, and adapted to the conditions of each project and the expectations of each client.
Custom furniture
We guide and advise you through the whole design and manufacture of custom-made home furniture, combining function and quality in every detail. We make kitchens, wardrobes, bathroom cabinets, vanity units, living-room furniture and fitted spaces that make the most of every room. We adapt to each client's style and needs.
Waterproofing
We are the official distributor of SIM Standart Insulation manufacturer of bituminous waterproofing membranes, with products for a wide range of construction requirements. We also install membranes professionally, with more than 15 years of experience, on roofs, concrete, walls and other surfaces that need protection and waterproofing.

Maintenance: for swimming pools, we design, build and maintain them. [Scope of maintenance for other work: to be confirmed.]

Our speciality

Where the water gets in decides the system

You do not call asking for an APP membrane: you call about a leak, a project that is starting or a roof that has reached the end of its service life.

The roof leaks
Exposed roof: it takes APP, the polymer that withstands heat and UV, with a mineral-surfaced finish.

The roof is pitched, not flat
On a slope the detailing decides: asphalt shingles over an underlay, ridge, valleys and junctions.

A foundation needs waterproofing
Below ground, damp and movement: SBS, the elastomer that withstands both, with mechanical protection.

The terrace leaks into the floor below
Under tiles the slab decides, not the sun: it takes SBS, with falls and drains checked.

The leak is at a penetration
Penetrations, ducts and equipment, where sheet membrane cannot reach: a continuous liquid membrane, with no laps.

It already has a membrane and still leaks
Diagnosis first; if the substrate allows, a new layer goes over the existing bituminous one without stripping it.
None of them comes out of a catalogue: it comes from measuring your project, and it is put in writing before the quotation.

We are the official representative of SIM Standart Insulation: we import its product and we install it when the project calls for it. With direct access to the product and control over how it goes into the work, we can pass part of that efficiency on to the budget. For every other trade we buy like any other construction company.

How FORGEA comes into your project

Five stages, from the site visit to handover.

  1. Site visit and survey

    We get to know the project on site.

    On-site assessment

    We assess the space, its current condition and the client's needs, to define clearly what has to be done and how to approach it.

  2. Project definition

    We turn what you need into a concrete plan.

    Scope and specification

    We define scope, materials, finishes and technical details for each project, whether it is a new build, a renovation, an extension or maintenance.

    In waterproofing, we specify bituminous membranes imported directly by FORGEA.

  3. Quotation

    A clear proposal before work starts.

    Clear budget

    We itemise the work, materials and labour involved, so the client knows the scope and budget of the project.

  4. Construction

    We take the work to site.

    Monitoring and records

    We coordinate and carry out every stage of the work, taking care over details, materials and workmanship.

    From terraces, pools and outdoor areas to renovations, extensions and larger-scale projects.

  5. Handover and warranty

    We hand over finished, inspected work.

    We carry out the handover inspection together with the client and, where applicable, the tests needed to verify that the work was done correctly.

    Our construction work carries a 1-year warranty, subject to the technical specifications and the materials recommended by FORGEA.

Warranty and backing

One party responsible for the whole system

At FORGEA we take charge of every stage of the process and give a 1-year warranty on our construction work, in line with the technical specifications defined for each project and using the materials recommended by FORGEA.

In the case of membrane installation, we likewise give a 1-year warranty on the work carried out, backed by a material we import directly from our trading partner, SIM Standart Insulation, in Turkey.

In this way FORGEA answers directly for what it installs, from the choice of system and materials to their correct installation.
