Import
We purchase directly from the manufacturer, ship, insure and clear the goods in our name. We are flexible when it comes to working with different Incoterms and have experience in international trade.

Customs & compliance
Documentation, duties and the Chilean rules that apply to the product, labelling included where it is required.

Warehousing
Cleared goods stored in Chile under our own account.

Specification
We get the product written into the project specification. We work with the architect, the project office and the client's technical inspection so the product is named in the spec — and not swapped for a cheaper substitute when purchasing places the order.

Technical sales
Our own channel into construction firms, contractors, distributors and hardware retailers, with data sheets in Spanish and a technical contact who answers at the job site — not from a call centre.

Own projects
We are a construction company. We install the products we represent in our own projects, so the brand can build a track record on real job sites — not just a promise in a catalogue.

SIM Standart Insulation is a Turkish manufacturer of waterproofing and roofing systems, founded in Istanbul in 2001, with an international presence across several continents. Its range covers APP and SBS modified bituminous membranes, self-adhesive systems, shingles, tapes and liquid products for a wide range of construction uses.

It combines materials development, technical expertise and quality control, backed by international certifications including CE, TSE, DIN and Broof, and an ISO 9001 quality management system.

We look at whether the product has real room here: who already sells it, the price it has to beat on the local market, and the standards it has to meet.

Territory, targets, commercial conditions and exclusivity in writing before the first container ships.

A pilot import to test the whole chain end to end: customs, warehouse and the first job site.
